FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you offer custom design services for textiles or papers?
Yes! Custom design orders are welcome via the Atelier service. Please get in touch using the contact form or email address provided on the Contact page, I would be happy to discuss your project. Lead times can range from 2-4+ months depending on the scope of the project and schedule demands. *Please note that order requests in keeping with CUEILLIR style/aesthetic tend to be the best fit for consideration.
  • Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping is available to every country, get ready to gather what you adore! Shipping fees vary per destination country and are calcualted at checkout, additional duties and taxes are not included and are the responsability of the customer.
  • Do you ever re-offer products from previous collections?
Yes, from time to time. If there is enough demand to bring back a specific piece/design that has been sold prior, or if it's just one of my favourites, you may see it make a repeat appearance in future collections. For hand-crafted/painted pieces, these are the cornerstone for the beauty of "one of a kind" design. No other person will ever have exactly the same piece as you, ever. While some of these collection pieces may be brought back and offered, they will never be precisely like the previous.
  • What type of materials do you use?
All patterns are first designed using watercolour paints or hand-sketched digital drawings. Most textiles are printed on a linen or linen blend ground and all wallpapers require a paste to install. Ground materials have been sourced from various parts of the world and are printed using eco-conscious processes.
  • What is the CUEILLIR logo?
A bouquet of flowers tied with a ribbon (giving nod to a love of pretty blooms).
  • What does CUEILLIR mean?
CUEILLIR: French for "gather" Whether it be flowers, precious treasures or the ones you love.
  • Why is the fabric color not an exact match to the wallpaper color for the same pattern?
The base/ground color (the un-printed, natural color of fabric or wallpaper) will vary slightly with each material due to its composition and how it's made. This base color for each material is the "white point" and it will have cooler or warmer undertones accordingly (for example some linens tend to have more "cream" tones than others). The difference in "white points" is what alters the final color of the printed designs.
  • Do you offer CFAs?
All CUEILLIR textiles and wallpapers are printed-to-order and therefore CFAs (cuttings for approval) are not possible.
