Shipping Policy
All in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days of order placement (samples and candle shades are dispatched via postal mail, textile and wallpaper yardage are dispatched via UPS).
Custom orders will be shipped upon completion.
All orders that are shipped via postal service are charged a flat shipping fee based on the country destination as listed at the time of checkout.
Textile and wallpaper yardage are quoted a flat UPS shipping cost based on the amount in the order and the destination country/region.
Import duties and fees are not calculated at checkout/ time of payment and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
As is the nature of hand-made or hand-painted, imperfections and irregularities in pieces (including between items in sets) are expected and will not warrant a return or refund. At CUEILLIR we believe that the artisan process is a beautiful one, only adding to the charm of what is precious.
All sales are final and returns/exchanges are not accepted unless an incorrect item was received,
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis if an item(s) is determined to have arrived damaged from shipment.
All pieces are packed with great care but in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact CUEILLIR (and provide photos of the damage) within 2 days of receiving the order. Refunds/replacements will not be issued outside of this timeline. Should the exact replacement piece or a similar one of equal value not currently be available, the customer can either chose to wait and have a new similar piece made (exact replicas are not possible) or opt to receive an issued refund.
*Please note that candle shades as well as textiles and papers (whether it be samples or yardage) are not returnable/refundable. Candle shades are custom made to order while textiles and papers are printed on demand and therefore all items are of final sale.
Linen and cotton are natural products/fibres. Within the textile weave it is likely that you will get “slubs” or small knots that occur at random along its surface. These imperfections are inherent when purchasing a linen or cotton/linen blend fabric, please take this into consideration when ordering as this characteristic will not warrant a refund or return.
